Refund Policy

If you would like to exchange or to return an item you have 30 days from receiving your order to send your purchase back to us. Unfortunately you cannot exchange or return after this time.
To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
You must email who will reply to you with ‘return instructions’ to follow including our address in the UK where you will have to send the item to be returned.  
To exchange an item you have to follow our returns process for the item that you do not want and then place a new order.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless you have received a product that is damaged or not correct you will not incur any costs for returning the item. Send a photo/s to who will arrange for a Prepaid Shipping Label to be sent to you for the return of the item/s. Upon receipt and inspection of the return item/s and within a maximum of 10 working days from receipt of the return item/s a refund will be applied to your original method of payment.
If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If you made payment using your PayPal account you can claim the Return Shipping cost back from PayPal. To ask for a refund, log into your PayPal account, select the transaction, and click the ‘Request Return Shipping Refund’ link enabling you to fill out a refund request and provide your courier/posting receipts to the ‘PayPal Return Shipping on Us service’. You have 30 days from the date your return is sent back to us to request a refund from PayPal. If your request is accepted, you will receive the corresponding funds directly into your PayPal account. It can take up to 10 days from the time you submit your refund request form for a refund to go through. There is a maximum amount allowed per refund depending on your country and currency, but this is typically around €30 per request in mainland Europe and £15 per request in the UK.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 48 hours.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
